Information we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number, current city or province, the Trico Homes community or area that interests you, living situation, approximate household income, RRSP status, purchase timeline, and how you heard about us.
How it is used and shared
Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, review the first-time buyer opportunity with you, and provide relevant follow-up. It is shared with Trico Homes and, when you want mortgage help, with Spark Financial Group, only for those purposes. It is never sold.
How long it is kept
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested follow-up, meet legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain appropriate business records. It is then securely deleted or anonymized.
Consent and removal
You can withdraw your consent at any time or ask to have your enquiry information removed. The privacy contact email will be added here before launch.
